Community Manager
As a Community Manager at Levellr, I developed and maintained vibrant Discord communities for global brands and creators, including Google, the NFL, Sony Music Entertainment, and Crooked Media. I spearheaded the design and implementation of Levellr's Community Funnel Framework to enhance engagement, retention, and monetization strategies. My role involved leading community standards, managing moderation teams, and organising fan-focused events like live Q&A sessions and listening parties, fostering secure, interactive, and loyal online communities that drive deep connections between brands and their audiences.

As the manager of a Discord Partnered D&D Community with over 9,500 active members, I lead a team of 20 in creating a welcoming, inclusive environment. My role encompasses organizing events, overseeing event coordinators, engaging with member feedback, and managing all community aspects including content, policies, growth strategies, and technical setup of channels and roles. Furthermore, I developed the community website.

Previously, from July 2021 to June 2022, as a Community Design Consultant and Advisor, I engaged in discussions with community leaders to develop and maintain healthy Discord communities, advising on long-term strategic planning.

Discord Ecosystem

Certified Moderator, Mentor, Discord Partner
From July 2020 to January 2023, I served as a Discord Certified Moderator in the Discord Moderator Discord (DMD), a platform for seasoned moderators to discuss best practices and address challenges related to Discord's features and community management. This role involved engaging in various subprograms and contributing insights on moderation and community management.Between October 2021 and May 2023, I participated in the Moderator Mentorship Community (MMC) as a Mentor, guiding young moderators aged 13 to 17. My responsibilities included providing feedback, support, and mentorship to these mentees, who were selected through the DMA Exam process.Since June 2021, I have been a proud Discord Partner, representing communities that embody the best of Discord in terms of thriving, welcoming, and inclusive environments. This role offers me unique opportunities to network with fellow Discord Partners, provide feedback on the platform, and engage in exclusive collaborations with Discord.Furthermore, I have participated in a Discord Product Research Program under NDA since July 2022.
